Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and comply with company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
