Job Description

In this role, you will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and uphold the highest standards for store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in day-to-day tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and assist customers with enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly with store management, and provide valuable feedback.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.
Physical Demands
- Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and operate store equipment safely.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and multitask efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
- Operate a cash register, equipment, and follow cleaning standards accurately.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
