Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and stock merchandise, perform various physical tasks, and operate equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Capability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
