Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in the retail environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company procedures and maintain document security
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of meeting safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
