Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by handling merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
