Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
