Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, uphold store security, and assist in inventory management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multi-task efficiently.
