Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure proper stocking of merchandise, cleanliness of the store, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle cash transactions and operate equipment efficiently and safely.
- Contribute to inventory management and assist with store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
