Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow established company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
- Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
- Perform cleaning duties, follow policies, and communicate effectively.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
