Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and provide exceptional customer service
• Stock and organize shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
