Job Description

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and ensure data confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to maintain cleanliness according to standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Experience and Benefits
