Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates smoothly.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures accurately.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
