Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards of service and efficiency.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and stock shelves accurately
- Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Basic understanding of store policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
