Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be part of a dedicated team that ensures the store's success. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counting and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
- Ability to operate equipment and follow safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is beneficial
