Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Work alongside team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Support inventory management by conducting counts and monitoring accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
- Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and staying organized.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to the requirements.
