Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with the ALDI team, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback to improve products, monitor inventory accuracy, and assist in inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to company standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
- Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
