Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
