Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. As a vital part of the ALDI team, you'll collaborate with colleagues, provide outstanding customer service, and assist in various store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, handle purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor product accuracy, and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Safely handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
