Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Handle physical demands of stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
