Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality of information
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in retail operations preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
