Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with team members and management to uphold ALDI's high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer transactions and maintain store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and handle cash transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience and compliance with local alcohol regulations preferred.
