Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
