Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
