Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
