Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cashiering, merchandising, general cleaning, and supporting the store team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and keep store management informed.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years old to work at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred with some prior retail experience.
