Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
