Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 with the ability to offer courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to interpret and apply company guidelines and procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience as a bonus
