Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and work experience equivalent to a retail environment.
