Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. Collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring safety and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
