Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative team environment.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Ensure a neat and organized store layout by stocking shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
- Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to enhance the overall store experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operations and able to handle customer transactions accurately.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow company policies, stay organized, and multitask efficiently.
