Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Operate a cash register accurately
- Handle equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
