Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role involves collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work in a team.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
