Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service alongside the ALDI team. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. competencies outlined for the role
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
- Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
