Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly according to company standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Skills in operating retail equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
