Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and neatly display merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
