Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment
- Follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and uphold security measures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Prior retail experience is preferred
