Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and notify management of any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Capable of operating store equipment and following company policies.
