Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate equipment safely

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
