Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. This role involves collaborating with the Aldi team, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and efficiently handling various tasks within the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on inventory, product issues, and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Handle cash transactions following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Maintain store cleanliness to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and capability to work independently or within a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking professionally.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
