Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
- Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
