Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly by stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with established company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
