Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
