Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Knowledge of general cleaning standards and company policies
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
