Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and follow cash policies.
- Adhere to company procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash handling.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
