Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Take part in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
