We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's productivity and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and contribute to maintaining store security.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle customer transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate common store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
