Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in all tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
