Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to operate equipment safely and handle cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
