Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your primary focus will be to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory and uphold cash policies to ensure store efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
