Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and cashiering duties. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and store issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cashiering and customer service.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma preferred.
